TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, as The Sleepoverzzz Club takes no responsibility for mistakes made on the Customers part.
This includes but is not limited to, informing The Sleepoverzzz Club of where the equipment will be installed including the floor level, and the available parking. Should The Sleepoverzzz Club be required to carry the equipment up or down steps, the Customer must inform The Sleepoverzzz Club at the time of booking. This will enable The Sleepoverzzz Club to plan the delivery and installation of the hired equipment.
2. Customer Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the person(s) hiring the equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or prevent damage of the hired equipment.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all of the equipment maintains its original condition for collection the next day. Any damage or lost items will be charged. The Customer has the right to look at equipment before we leave and let us know of any damages prior to our departure. The Customer will not be responsible for any damage caused during the installation by The Sleepoverzzz Club.
Responsibilities (The Sleepoverzzz Club)
The Sleepoverzzz Club is responsible for providing all required information including dimensions, pricing and conditions of hire.
The Sleepoverzzz Club is responsible for performing a risk assessment for all events.
The Sleepoverzzz Club is responsible for providing, setting up and dismantling all equipment and ensuring said equipment is in safe, clean condition.
The Sleepoverzzz CLub is responsible for respecting all hire times and for ensuring the set-up is ready and later collected at agreed time.
Images of themes and designs are provided for inspiration - actual designs are likely to vary. The Sleepoverzzz Club holds the right to modify any design or equipment should it be deemed necessary for any reason, without the need to advise the Customer. The Sleepoverzzz Club will always endeavour to provide a like-for-like substitution.
The Sleepoverzzz Club takes no responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that takes place during the event, nor during the set up and take down.
In the case of no damages or loses, The Sleepoverzzz Club is responsible for returning the safety deposit to the Client within 48 hours of the collection time.
The Sleepoverzzz Club respects all copyright laws and it is not the intention of The Sleepoverzzz Club to ever copy any theme or design. All designs created and images used are personal property of The Sleepoverzzz Club and are inspired by trends and culture.
3. Payments and Deposits.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your teepee event dates. This will be deducted from the balance on the invoice. Deposits can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer. Please always use your surname as reference. We also require a fully refundable Equipment security deposit of £50 ( this will be on your invoice) for teepees and hire props, which will be refunded within 48 hrs of the party end time providing there is no damage/loss to any of the equipment.
The remaining balance based on the number of tents required and any extras, is to be paid in full 14 days before the event date. Bookings made within 14-day time frame will be paid in full upon booking. Payments not made within this time frame will result in the cancellation of your event with no exception.
Payment of deposits will be considered acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Should any items be damaged or missing, repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the Equipment protection deposit. Stock count and quality control will be performed, and the Security/safety deposit returned within 48 hours, providing all is correct.
The Sleepoverzzz Club require 14 days’ notice prior to the date of the party for cancellations. No refunds will be given to cancellations made within 14 days of the party.
The £50 deposit to secure the date at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If a customer would like to change the date of a party a minimum of 14 day’s notice is required.
Cancellations made on the day of or after the date of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations of any out-sourced extras once paid, are non-refundable.
The postponing of an event incurs a penalty fee of £10 and rescheduling will be subject to availability. If no new date can be arranged, cancellation policy applies.
If at any point an event is postponed due to the severe sickness of the Celebrant and a certified doctor's note is provided, The Sleepoverzzz Club will waive the £10 penalty fee and reschedule at no additional cost to the Client, subject to availability. If no new date can be arranged, the holding deposit will be forfeited, and a 50% refund issued on any other monies paid.
Cancellations (by The Sleepoverzzz Club)
The Sleepoverzzz Club holds the right to cancel any event at any given time without the need for justification. The Sleepoverzzz Club will endeavour to notify the Customer with as much notice as possible and will rebook on another occasion at no extra cost, if the new date is within 11 months of original event date.
Any event cancelled by The Sleepoverzzz Club is fully refundable to the Customer. In case of cancellation, The Sleepoverzzz Club will refund the client within 5 working days.
The Sleepoverzzz Club is not liable to pay any compensation to the Customer, the Celebrant, or any other person or service for any loss arising directly or indirectly from any cancellation.
The Sleepoverzzz Club holds the right to cancel any event at any given time should any of these conditions be breached by the Client.
All hired equipment always remains the property of The Sleepoverzzz Club.
Any damages or stains to tents, bedding or any other hire equipment will result in the holding of the £50 security/safety deposit. Should this not cover the cost of cleaning, or replacement, additional charges will be invoiced to the customer to cover these.
Any damage to equipment caused by neglect, misuse, loss or failure to follow instructions provided, will deem the Customer liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any loss of business. The security deposit will be held in full or as part payment and any additional costs will be invoiced to the hirer.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
The Sleepoverzzz Club reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with that of a similar value and type without notice in the event of previous loss or damage.
Equipment shall be used only for the intended hired purposes. Climbing/hanging on to the tents is dangerous and MUST NOT be allowed.
The Customer is responsible for the safety of all guests and the supervision of all children while using the equipment provided.
The Sleepoverzzz Club recommend our services for children of the age of 6 and over. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any children below the age of 6 must be always supervised whilst using the equipment. Children under the age of 6 must not be left overnight in the hired equipment unsupervised.
Smoking is strictly prohibited for fire hazard and to prevent cigarette smoke odour on the tents and equipment. If this is not adhered to and the equipment is returned having been in a smoke environment, the security deposit of £50 will not be refunded and will be used to clean or replace the equipment as necessary.
All shoes, and sharp objects should be removed prior to use of the equipment.
The Sleepoverzzz Club asks the Customer to refrain from allowing pets on or in any of the equipment. Should the equipment require extensive cleaning due to pet hair, part or all of the security deposit will be held to cover the cost of cleaning.
The Customer is responsible for the care of all equipment provided, ensuring not to damage or lose any items. Costs of any damages or loses will be deducted from the safety/security deposit. Costs will depend on damage or replacement needs.
To avoid stains that we cannot remove, The Sleepoverzzz Club ask the following:
Any nail varnish recently applied must be completely dry before entering the equipment. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure this.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that food is not consumed in any teepees/frame or near any equipment.
If children are wearing any makeup, we ask that this is fully removed before getting cosy!
No fabric pens are used in or around the equipment.
No pens, paints, crayons or markers are used in around the equipment.
No glow sticks are used in or around the equipment.
Delivery and Installation,
All equipment is delivered, assembled and styled by The Sleepoverzzz Club, Prices for delivery 10 miles out of area are not included and will be quoted at the time of booking.
The Sleepoverzzz Club will ensure that all equipment is safe and working before installation at the event.
In the event of traffic, or any other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from delivery of the equipment at the agreed set up time, The Sleepoverzzz Club will be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction fee in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. No further compensation will be paid.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the event space is dimensionally suitable and is ready for set up on arrival. Should the space not be ready, The Sleepoverzzz Club takes no responsibility for any delays caused.
The Customer is responsible for respecting all hire times, including delivery and collection.
The equipment must be installed in the Customers house on the ground floor. Should the Customer wish to hold the party upstairs or in an external building, they should inform The Sleepoverzzz Club at the time of booking, with all the relevant information including but not limited to the floor level and the proximity to available parking for The Sleepoverzzz Club.
The Customer must ensure that the party area is clean and safe ready for the installation of the equipment. If the area isn’t deemed clean this may result in part or all the security deposit being held.
The Customer must ensure that the space is cleared before our arrival. The Sleepoverzzz Club will not be responsible for moving the Customers furniture or belongings in order to make room for the equipment. The Sleepoverzzz Club reserves the right to refuse delivery and installation should the venue or site be deemed unsuitable. In this case the full hire fee will be due and non-returnable. The security/safety deposit of £50 will be refunded to the hirer.
Once the equipment has been set up it must not be moved. If any issues arise during the event, the Customer should contact The Sleepoverzzz Club immediately.
All equipment must always remain inside the home.
It will take between 45 - 120 minutes for The Sleepoverzzz Club to install the hired equipment. We ask that during the installation, the area is kept free of distractions, to not delay the installation process.
The Sleepoverzzz Club reserves the right to remove equipment should they feel that the customers conduct, or use of the equipment be dangerous to themselves, anyone using the equipment or the safety of the hired equipment. In all such cases, the equipment will be removed, and no refunds will be given.
The Sleepoverzzz Club will return the next day, at the agreed time, to dismantle and remove the hired equipment. A tour around the tents and items will be done prior to breakdown.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Sleepoverzzz Club and its licensors.

The Sleepoverzzz Club has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Sleepoverzzz Club shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
